- Start moving the body, start exercising, eating healthy food. If you are already do it, then set some higher fitness goals.
- Feel grateful and be grateful. Have gratitude towards everything in life.
- If you already know you need to improve your habits, do it
- Believe that you can do anything
- Move away from negative people and negative sources
- Limit mobile and TV usage and read more books, inspirational and motivational books
- Take responsibility and come out of victim mindset. Stop blaming and complaining about the stuff that is happening to you and take control of how you can turn them into opportunities to improve yourself.
- Do not try and do multiple things. Be good at few things. Perfection is not the goal but progress and consistent growth is important.
- Always think what you can do in any situation. What best you can offer. How can you take charge and control yourself in any given situation.
- Think positively and fill your mind with optimism. Keep improving and keep working towards your goal consistently, good things start to happen.
