Ask yourself this questions
Are you focusing on what you are missing in life or what you are having in life?
Are you thinking about what you can control or the things that you cannot control?
Are you thinking about past or present or future?
You feel like a victim, helpless, useless, dependent, powerless if you focus more on what you are missing, things that you cannot control and past events of life.
You feel powerful, in control, strong, self-reliant, hopeful and develop faith if you focus on what you have, being resourceful, working on things that you can control.
You need to take lessons from your past , work in the present to build a better future. You cannot ponder over past events for long or overthink about future events which are not in your control.
