Brain is the interface between what is happening inside you and outside world

Imagine your brain as the interface between your inner world and the outer environment. It dictates how you think, behave, and make decisions and choices.

Now, let’s imagine yourself as a car. The way your car, or vehicle, interacts with the outside world is through its tires and suspension. The comfort level of your ride is highly dependent upon the quality of these components.

Consider a scenario where your tires are completely worn out and the suspension system is damaged or not working optimally. How would your experience in that car be? Even though you might eventually reach your destination, your ride would be rough and uncomfortable. You would feel very tired and inconvenienced, which would undoubtedly impact your mood and your ability to handle other tasks after reaching your destination.

This means that while you could still use your vehicle to accomplish various things, even with worn tires and damaged suspension, you wouldn’t be in optimal condition after the journey.

Similarly, if your mental health is not working optimally – if you’re unable to regulate your emotions and lack self-control – even though you could navigate through life, you would frequently experience stress and frustrations.
