Show Up – No Matter What

If you have taken a decision to transform your fitness levels, then the first step is to SHOW-UP. Show yourself up daily in the gym at the same time you decided, no matter what.

If you decided to spend 1 hour daily in gym, show up in the gym and be there for 1 hour doing some exercise and activity. Let’s not worry about what you do in the gym for the first few days. You just need to be present in the gym. Do not miss it for any reason. That’s it, if you can do this without compromise, then you passed the first hurdle.

Showing up consistently for something you resolved is the most important step. Once you are steady with this step, you are going to work out in gym automatically. With this you would gradually build seriousness daily and keep on improving yourself in gym. Regularly we get into a mode where we will realize that if we have to do something every day, then we better do it correctly and seriously.

After getting into this mode , at some point you will be start noticing the physical and mental gains due to exercise. After that, there is no stopping you. You gain momentum and there is no stopping.

This mindset development not only helps you in your fitness goals but also in other aspects of life as well. Showing up and being present to honor our commitment resisting all distractions around us needs a stubborn and focused mindset. Without this mentality, you could easily deviate from your objective.
