- You cannot bend or influence a person because of beliefs. Lot of strategies do not work because beliefs cannot be broken. Because of the beliefs because they are self-fulfilling. Unconsciously you tend to prove that your belief is correct.
- Your self-talk will program your brain. Monitor your self-talk, control it for your benefit.
- Beta is our conscious state, delta state is when we are sleeping , theta is one level above delta i.e. the creativity state. In between theta and beta is alpha state. This is state when you are meditation, when watching the television , trance state. Alpha state is the perfect state for learning, you are grasping all the info.
- Success is an inside out game. All behaviors are belief driven.
- Physical exercise. Primary functionality of our mind is to control your body or your movements. More you move more your brain grooves or dances.
- Be active and be involved to learn more.
- Control your state.
- Try to teach because you have to be an expert to teach others.
