Rely on today and now

Never rely on tomorrow to do something that you love and postpone it thinking that you would do that when something else is finished today. the fact is you never see tomorrow you don’t know how tomorrow would be like and you have no control over the various external factors that could conflict and interfere with your life tomorrow.

Reframing

Reframing is a powerful psychological phenomenon its powerful mental strength tool to convert the reality to our benefit.
Reframing is not about denying the reality but not letting any crisis to go wasted. That means look for something that is useful and beneficial to us even when we are suffering due to a disaster.

Don’t give up critical thinking for quick solutions

We have to to be really careful and cautious about anything that stops us from thinking. We immediately fall for anything that gives immediate and instant solutions instead of applying reason and logic. We do this because we do need to take responsibility for the decisions that we make. Even though we know this fact we give up the precious gift of thinking because it is easier for us to just believe some made up gospel and follow some instructions that are believed to be the guiding principles of humanity.

Give up on anything that hinders your reason and logic. It may be helping you immediately by relieving you from the stress of thinking for yourself but in the long run, you would become a puppet in the hands of whatever you are believing blindly.

You have to become harder for the life to become easier

Life does not become easier and life is always challenging and an uphill. But when you focus on what you can control and constantly push yourself to be the best version that you could be, constantly put yourself into challenging situations and put yourself through voluntary struggle and pain everyday by exercising, eating healthy, sleeping on time, planning time for family and taking care of yourself then you become stronger and capable to deal with the inevitable challenges and uncertainties in life. In this process life did not become easier by you acquired the skillset and adopted to deal with life more efficiently.

It is similar to you going to the gym and lifting a 10 kg dumbell and finding it difficult a lift on the first day. The same weight after 6 months would become lighter and easier for you to lift. This does not mean that the 10 kg dumbbell has lost its weight but you trained your body and became stronger.

Stop accepting answers and start to ask questions

All cults, religious dogmatism, tribalism, groupism and casteism know how to stop you from questioning what is already existing and gospeled. They survive on the premise that you cannot question what has been answered already and what is written already. It is better to not have answers to critical questions rather than not being able to critically question the answers you already have. You have got to learn how to think and not what to think.

Situations would not create heros or villans. But situations will reveal the people you they already are.

Don’t encourage bad behaviour and attitude. Resist and stop them even though they cause temporary distress.

Some things we know, some things we don’t know, some things we cannot know for ever.

Don’t be silent to make others feel better. Don’t give up your autonomy and freedom for a temporary sense of security. No one can guarantee anything for you.

We manifest and create realities to fit our damaged personal truths.

It’s incredibly difficult to breach a well structured delusion. You cannot change the attitude and beliefs of a group of people who believe in something. People die fighting for what they believe. People get killed fighting for truth. A foolish and irrational group always wins over a person no matter how intelligent and factual they are. In a world of people who are delusional and what to stay delusional and want to be controlled and dependent, a person who thinks outside the box becomes mad and crazy man.

Your are in a complex game of life

Imagine your life is a list of complex games. You get to choose to be a player in the game or a spectator of the game. There are trade-offs whether you are a player in the game or a spectator of the game. You are a spectator in some games and a player in some games. Enable yourself to be a player in more games of life than being a spectator.

Strive to be a player in the game. Choose your game and be a player. You no need to be a great player in all games and sports. But choose a game and be a player. Yes, a player’s life is hard, stressful and must perform and the player get to keep the admiration, reputation, money and all the perks that a great player would enjoy in life. There is a risk and responsibility for the player and hence the player also enjoys the power and control.

There is nothing wrong in being a spectator. But do not choose to be a spectator in every game of life. A spectator can only sit and watch as the things take their own course in the game. A spectator does not have a control over the game and just need to pay to watch the real players performing. No one cares what a spectator says or feels at the end of the game.

The ruling club is very small

It is the small group of people who create conflicts between different communities, create rift between different religions and castes, who exploits the weaker and poor, who breaks rules for their benefit, who abuse the loopholes in the system, who misuse their financial status, who what problems is the society, who what distress and suffering so that they hey can take advantage to become richer and more powerful.

The ruling class club is a small club and unfortunately an ordinary citizen of the country is not in that club and will never be allowed in the club. All systems and regulations will be created in such a way that any outsider would never gets access to the metaphorical club.
