- Vitamin A, D3, E, K – Fat Soluble vitamins. These vitamins need fat to be absorbed by our body. Hence take them with a whole meal which has added fat (cooking oil or ghee or butter or cheese etc.,)
- Vitamin B complex and Vitamin C – Water soluble vitamins. Can be taken anytime with meal or without meal. Better absorbed when taken empty stomach.
- Minerals – Can be taken anytime with or without meal.
- Probiotics – 10 to 15 minutes before meal.
- Digestive enzymes – With meal or immediately after meal.
