My Life’s Motto and Preamble

  • It is a moral obligation for me to become stronger, more powerful and more capable as I age and progress in life.
  • It is a moral obligation to use myself to make a positive impact in others’ lives.
  • I have the right to choose to do only those things that help me improve and make me a better person.
  • No compromise – I will work out daily to push my physical limits and test my potential in order to stay fit, strong, have stamina and endurance.
  • No compromise – I eat healthy foods to fuel my body with high quality nutrients.
  • No compromise – I sleep regularly to rest, recover and rejuvenate.
  • No compromise – I use all legal dietary supplements to optimize my performance and recovery.
  • No compromise – I hydrate well, get exposed to sunlight daily and perform deep breathing daily.
  • It is my duty to train rigorously to grow physically and emotionally.
  • I will not compromise my lifestyle and my principles based on others opinions and criticism.
  • I reserve the right to follow my own beliefs and stay true to my values in life. At the same time I respect others way of life.
  • I will sincerely do the duty of taking care of my family and be a pillar of support.
  • As a father, I have the duty to bring up my kid to be a strong , responsible, compassionate and capable person.
  • As a father, I have the duty to teach the hard truths of life and make my kid a resilient person.
  • As a father, I will be a role model to my kid and lead by example instead of just preaching him.
  • I choose to spend time only with quality people who inspire me to do better things in life.
  • I will have relationships only with people who have mutual respect to one another.
  • I choose to watch, listen and read the information that serves my best interests.
  • I live by integrity and walk the talk. I value my word and keep the promises I make to others and to myself.
  • I will keep learning about emotional health and improve my emotional strength.
  • I will challenge myself with activities that improve my willpower and self-control.
  • I believe in the value of discipline, commitment, consistency, integrity, faith.
  • I will attack my weaknesses and work on improving myself in those areas.
  • I will think critically and make objective decisions that are beneficial to me instead of following the masses.
  • I will keep learning and educating myself throughout my life.
  • I spend my time in a way that is purposeful, uplifting and empowering to me and to others.
  • The only comparison I do is with myself. I will strive to be a better person than I was last day, week, month and year.

  • I will take care of myself by following a healthy lifestyle, with self-discipline, responsibility, commitment, consistency, integrity and honesty throughout my life. This is who I am and this is the foundation of my personality. I can take care of others only when I take care of myself first.

I realised that My worth does not come from meeting others’ needs, fancies, desires and requirements continuously. My self-worth and self-respect will not go down if others do not accept me or approve of what I do for my betterment.

  • I will not feel guilty for others bad emotional behaviour and rude attitude. Others’ unhappiness is not my fault. I am not responsible for other’s negative emotional state .
  • I will choose to take the right decision and choices as much as possible.

  • I do not fear stage and speak confidently in front of others
  • I do not fear failure .
  • I am fine being misunderstood.
  • I am fine if I am rejected, I will try again.
  • I do not seek others approval for being who I am.
  • I learn and grow from criticism.
  • I gain strength from others insults.
  • I am grateful for whatever I have in my life.
  • I try my best to derive meaning out of anything that happens in my life. I believe that situations happen in life for us to learn and become stronger.
  • I will be an asset to my family and community. I will not be a liability who needs to be taken care of as I age.
  • I am self-reliant, independent and must be able to sustain with least amount of dependency as I age.
  • I am a pillar of support for my family and community during tough times .
  • I live by example. My words and actions match. I am a role model for my son.
  • I am fit and strong to do various activities with my son.
  • I inspire people around me especially my son, to do the things that others won’t do in order to have things that others won’t have in long run.
  • I do certain things things, tasks and activities that very few in my age can do.
  • I inspire people to take action to improve their lives through my consistency, commitment, discipline, integrity, passion.
  • In long term and when I age, I will have money, network of people, time, wisdom, experience, knowledge and the will to do things that i am passionate of. I will have the ability to influence, impact others to improve their lives and contribute through my services. For that I am mentally and physically fit to make the best use of my body and mind.
  • I am a person who contributes and adds value for betterment of others.
  • I have and will keep working on strong joints, muscles and bones to lead a quality life for longevity.
  • I lead a life with valour, vitality and vigour.
  • I have the strength and stamina to fight for myself and defend my people if at all a need arises.
  • I will be able to drive my car and bike with focus and confidence even in very old age.
  • I will be able to climb up a flight of stairs without gasping for breath.
  • I will be free of chronic lifestyle diseases and various ailments that affect us as we age.
  • I will be able to enjoy, savour and relish my hard earned life to the fullest without worrying much about the health concerns that come as we age.
  • I will stay physically fit, mentally healthy and emotionally strong to deal with various unexpected situations in life.
  • I know that I may fall sick. I will recover from disease and infection quickly due to the lifestyle I follow.
