There is money and business only when i person feels helpless, hopeless and useless. There is business when people are dependent on the system rather than reliable on their decisions.
Ideally with the advancement of medical technology, modern drugs, latest diagnostic and treatment methodologies, healthcare sector, pharmacy companies and health insurance companies must see a dip in their profits year by year. But that did not and does not happen as every business is based on giving instant temporary treatments but not permanent fixes by detecting root causes. Every sector related health and wellness will not make money only if there are more number of sick people who are perpetually dependent and repeated customers.
There is business only when a person believes they can do nothing , believes cannot control their health and fitness, believes that they do not have control over themselves, believes that they cannot take care of themselves, they cannot take their own decisions and make healthy choices.
