The trick is not in thinking and feeling about what happens during the tough times recession, natural calamities, economic disasters, like war times rather the trick is in preparing and planning for the worst moments in the life. Because humans beings would always do the same things when we face with some unknown, unfamiliar and uncertain situations. They create immense fear when we are not in control of the situation. So the easy and simple thing to do is to immediately get into survival mode and become self centred. This mentality in people and leadership may lead to irrationality which leads to hasty short sighted decisions which would cause for the turmoil to the general population and more damage in the long term.
