Examples:
Not exercising or over exercising.
Not eating food for long time.
Dehydration.
Eating high fatty food or high sugary food.
Insufficient sleep.
Getting hurt physically or mentally.
Invisible stressors – These are the ones that you do not feel and cannot feel but they show up as different negative symptoms physically or mentally or emotionally.
Examples:
Vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Like vitamin D3 or B12 deficiencies, magnesium deficiency.
Hormonal imbalance (Low or High).
Insulin resistance.
Liver or Kidney disfunction.
High inflammation.
