We are what we eat but more importantly we are what we think. Out thinking comes before our behaviour and choices we make. Decision making is a result of how we think which impacts how we feel at that moment. So we are who we think we are. If I think I am a health conscious person then i feel and behave like a healthy person which makes me take healthier decisions. If I think I am a responsible person, then i behave like a responsible person who takes accountability for my decisions.
