That which you resist, persists

The real problem is not the problems we face in life but our resistance to the problems is what make them monstrous .

We all have one thing in common no matter who we are ,what we do, where we live, what is our economic status is , whether we have food or not, whether we are healthy or not,  whether you are poor or rich,  what we all have in common are problems in life. so the more number of problems you resolve in your life the better , greater and more purposeful your life becomes to you.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the struggle against our difficulties that we lose sight of the fact that problems are an inherent part of the human experience. It’s like the saying goes, “That which you resist, persists.”

Thinking about it, our resistance really does amplify the pain. When we fight against a problem, we often get stuck in a cycle of negativity, which clouds our judgment and makes it harder to find solutions. On the other hand, when we can approach challenges with a sense of acceptance and a willingness to work through them, the energy shifts. It’s no longer a battle, but a process of learning and growth.

Each challenge we overcome builds resilience, wisdom, and a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. It’s through navigating these difficulties that we often discover our strengths and what truly matters to us, ultimately leading to a more meaningful life. It’s a powerful perspective to embrace.
